The Powerhouse Las Colinas project is a large construction project which will transform the site of a closed down mall into a new data center in Las Colinas, Texas. We were contracted by Brasfield & Gorrie construction management group to assist with the permitting and inspections for this development. A project of this size and nature attracts more attention than your single lot residential build. That’s why it’s even more critical to have all the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan items handled correctly prior to starting work. Shut downs on projects of this scale have huge implications.
We developed a fully TPDES compliant Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan for a large site, drafted the NOI, and carried out the on site SWPPP inspections to keep our customer compliant from start to finish.

SWPPP Narrative
We were contracted to provide the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan for this large construction project. Special consideration was required due to the projects location next to Lake Remle.

Large construction sites are required to file a Notice of Intent with the TCEQ. We drafted and submitted the NOI for this project so our customer could focus on the bigger picture.
